SKIN DISORDERS GUIDE

I got this information straight from a competing website. The information in here is great.  Please take the time to read this. Believe it or not, I don’t mind sharing this with you because great information is great information. Please note the source down below and click on the link.  The link will take you to a website that provides a more comprehensive guide regarding skin disorders.  Keep this in mind that even though the link below takes you to a competing website that also sells Shea Butter, I bet that their quality does not even match with ours.  Yeah, I said it.

    • The skin becomes drier,
    • There is scaling and reddening of the affected area.

Psoriasis:

  • Symptoms of this skin disease:
    • The skin becomes inflamed,
    • Produces red, thickened areas with silvery scales,
    • Psoriasis occurs most often on the scalp, elbows, knees, and lower back.
  • Cause: Most likely an abnormality in the functioning of white cells in the blood stream triggering inflammation in the skin; flare-ups sometimes occur in the winter, as a result of dry skin.

Rosacea:

  • Symptoms of this skin disease:
    • A flushing or subtle redness on the cheeks, nose, chin or forehead that at first comes and goes, but ultimately stays as persistent bumps,
    • The facial skin typically gets very dry.
  • Cause: A larger amount of blood flows through the blood vessels and the vessels expand under the skin to handle the flow.
